I advise business owners, buyers and investors throughout the entire transaction process – from choosing the transaction structure and conducting negotiations to selecting the expert team required to implement the transaction, preparing transaction documents and completing the transaction.

With many years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, I represent clients at various stages of business development: from company formation or business separation projects to investments, financing and change-of-control transactions.

I help clients assess transaction risks, structure solutions and ensure the smooth and efficient implementation of transactions.

Other experience includes the optimisation of the MV GROUP structure and the organisation and coordination of legal processes relating to the exit of a Lithuanian-capital group of companies from sanctioned markets.
